Optinal front support wheels
The Kratos cultivator can be equipped with optional front support wheels, enabling precise working depth control without relying on the rear packer. This allows the machine to be operated without reconsolidating the soil, making it an ideal solution for primary tillage before winter when a loose, open soil surface is desired.
TerraForce Tine for Demanding Conditions
The Kratos cultivator is equipped with the powerful TerraForce tine, delivering reliable penetration, intensive soil mixing, and effective residue incorporation. Its high trip force maintains consistent working depth even in hard, compacted, and heavy clay soils. The machine can be fitted with either 80 mm points for deeper cultivation or 350 mm wings for full-width shallow stubble cultivation. Inward-throwing outer shares prevent ridging and ensure a level finish across the full working width.
Fast Setup for Every Field
The Kratos cultivator is designed for fast and straightforward adjustment in the field. Working depth and can be conveniently controlled through the hydraulically adjustable rear packer roller, allowing the machine to be quickly adapted to desired working depth. The levelling discs are adjusted mechanically with a crank handle, providing precise and reliable setting of the cultivation finish. Together, these adjustment features ensure consistent performance and an even seedbed across a wide range of field conditions.
Open and Durable Frame Design
The Kratos cultivator features an open frame design engineered for maximum soil flow and residue handling in demanding conditions. With a generous 700 mm spacing between tine rows and 850 mm frame clearance, the machine maintains excellent throughput even in high-residue fields and wet conditions. The robust frame construction ensures long-term durability, while the open layout minimizes blockages and delivers reliable performance across a wide range of soil types.
Roller options for different needs
Kratos is available with either a U-Ring roller or a Steel roller to suit different soil types and conditions. The U-Ring roller provides effective reconsolidation while maintaining a loose soil structure, making it suitable for a wide range of cultivation tasks. The Steel roller performs reliably in wetter and heavier soils, improving levelling and ensuring a consistent finish.
