Multiva Cerex EVO is a true all-around seeder. It is designed for seeding in minimum tillaged and ploughed soils. Thanks to its simple and service-free coulter the Cerex EVO is an economical selection for farms that base their farming method on prepared seedbeds.

Versatile seeding

Multiva Cerex seeding is well suited for varying conditions and flexibly after various cultivation methods. The sharp double disc coulters place the seed accurately and even large amounts of plant residue don’t affect the quality of the seeding.

Strong and exact Cerex coulter

Multiva Cerex seeders use a double disc coulter with high 120 kg maximum coulter pressure. The high coulter pressure for a seeder for cultivated soils ensures exact seeding even in minimum tillaged fields.

Cost-effective seeding

The double disc coulter cuts the soil efficiently and there is less coulters in the Multiva models than in many traditional seeders. In addition, the transport wheels have a large diameter resulting in a low rolling resistance. Due to these the power requirement and the fuel consumption are low with Multiva seeders.

Precise adjustments with the renewed feeder

In Multiva EVO seeders the seeding rate is controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the seeding axles with help of individual gearboxes for all hoppers. The generously dimensioned feeder allows great seeding rates to be used. The unique design of the two -cell feeder makes the usage of very small seeding rates eg. with oilseed rape extremely precise. The change from seeding bigger seeds to small seeds is very easy to do by closing flaps in the two -cell feeder thus leaving only the fine seed roller in use. The window in the feeder unit makes observation or cleaning easy.

Fast and easy calibration

In Multiva seeders calibration is easy and effortless. The calibration is made simply by test crank. If the seeder is equipped with remote control of seed or fertilizer the calibration result is given to the controller making the setup even easier. The stainless-steel calibration trays are in two pieces for easy handling. They are inserted into the tray holders separately for seed and fertilizer on the machine's left side. The trays are handy to store in the same tray holders for easy operation and protection. The new feeding system and transmission in Multiva seeders are very precise.

Smallseed / start fertilizer equipment

In the new Multiva seeders, the small seed / start fertilizer hopper is completely redesigned. The equipment is integrated into the main hopper but thanks to the movable wall even the small seed hopper's volume can be utilized as part of the main hopper if not in use. The material seeded from the small seed hopper can be flexibly placed either into the seed row or behind the coulters on top of the soil. The small seed / start fertilizer feeder is equipped with two cell feeder units and a gearbox for very precise seeding settings. A wide variety of different materials can be seeded with the equipment. A pendulum dispenser is available for special light grass seeds to ensure the continuous flow of material.

Remote control of fertilizer or seed

With the remote control of seed or fertilizer, the usage of inputs can be optimized for the soil type or conditions. The amount of seed or fertilizer seeded can be controlled easily from the controller. In the SEEDPILOT ISOBUS controller, the remote control can be adjusted automatically as variable rate application according to premade prescription maps with the help of GPS.

Organic production

Multiva seeders are equipped with open and generously dimensioned feeding units that allow very large amounts of material to flow through. The fertilizer hopper is equipped with sieves and the metering rollers are with aggressive notching to allow great volumes of organic fertilizer per hectare to be used. Seeder can be equipped with fertilizer dispenser axle that ensures steady flow of material with high rates of feeding. With Multiva seeders different crops can be seeded to different depths from different coulters at the same time. As an example beans from the fertilizer hopper and small seeds from the seed hopper. This is possible thanks to the independent depth adjustment for the coulters.

Easy to adjust coulter pressure

The coulter pressure is adjusted directly with the tractor hydraulics and the setting of the pressure can be seen from the SeedPilot controller’s terminal or with the Comfort controller from the mechanical scale in front of the machine. The coulter pressure is easy to adjust according to the soil type changes while seeding.

Great seeding capacity

Multiva Cerex seeders have large hoppers and high road transport speeds can be used even with hoppers full. With Multiva seeder the work is easy and effortless and the operator can focus fully on controlling the machine. The middle wall of the hopper can be adjusted and the tarp is self-rolling.

Innovative driveline

In Multiva EVO seeders a unique driveline is used for the seed and fertilizer metering. The power for the driveline is produced in the transport wheels with the help of a wheel drive system. The system ensures an exact and uninterrupted power transmission in all conditions. The soil types or varying conditions don’t affect the rotational speed of the seed metering. The simple system is reliable and durable.
