All Multiva trailers have the same torsionally rigid frame construction based on the Ruukki Double grade special steel and tubular bar structure. Strong frame construction, sturdy bogey and robust body prevent the trailer from twisting during tipping. Low height, together with a wide track width, make the trailer even more stable. Special steels and large thicknesses that are used in trailer bodies ensure long lifetime and exceptional durability. From Multiva TRM- and TR-model series, and a large selection of accessories every user can and the perfect transport solution.
Wear resistant and special steels quarantee the best durability and longest lifetime. Hardox -wear resistant steels and Strenx-special steels have strength of their own class in comparison to regular S355 (Fe52) steel. Forces that would bend and dent bodies made of normal steel will not cause permanent deformations to Multiva body made of special steels. Together with exceptional wear resistance high strength will ofer durable solution to transports for years to come, even in the most demanding jobs. The basic construction under every Multiva trailer has always been a tubular bar frame. The construction is extremely rigid torsionally. High material thicknesses together with the Ruukki Double Grade special steel, make the trailer chassis reliable and extremely strong.

In the development of Multiva trailer bodies, the beneits of high quality special steels have been utilized to ensure the strongest possible body structure. In the TRM HD and Pro dumper trailers, Finnish or Swedish Hardox wear steel plates are used. This wear plate steel has three times as high yield strength as normal quality steel (Fe52). The high yield strength of the wear quality Hardox/Raex steel allows even heavy stones on the body without permanent deformations. For example in Multiva HD dumper trailers 6 mm Hardox bottom has the same strength as 18 mm thick normal Fe52 steel bottom. Strenx special steel is used in Multiva TRM trailers and it has double the yield strengt of normal Fe52 steel. For example Multiva TRM 10/13/16 trailers have 5mm Stenx special steel bottom and it has the same strenght as 10 mm of normal Fe52 steel.
Hydraulic draw bar suspension
Hydraulic draw bar suspension is available as an option for trailers. A pressure accumulator and hydraulic cylinders form the suspension. The hydraulic suspension operates as shock absorbers and by the use of them the strain placed on the trailer when being pulled over rough terrain decreases.
For all TRM models there are extension cassettes with quick coupling system available. They are very easy to mount and dismount, for example with forklift or front loader. The lifting of the extension is made with the help of the strong extensions supports. Rear of the extension is connected to trailers tailgate and opens together with it.
Steering rear axle is available to all hydraulically suspended trailers. Thanks to the steering action trailer follows the tractoreasily and is agile in turning without breaking for example the surface of grassland.
