Versatile seeding

Multiva Cerex seeding is well suited for varying conditions and flexibly after various cultivation methods. The sharp double disc coulters place the seed accurately and even large amounts of plant residue don’t affect the quality of the seeding.

Strong and exact Cerex coulter

Multiva Cerex seeders use a double disc coulter with high 80 kg maximum coulter pressure. The high coulter pressure for a seeder for cultivated soils ensures exact seeding even in minimum tillaged fields.

Cost-effective seeding

The double disc coulter cuts the soil efficiently and there is less coulters in the Multiva models than in many traditional seeders. In addition, the transport wheels have a large diameter resulting in a low rolling resistance. Due to these the power requirement and the fuel consumption are low with Multiva seeders.

Innovative driveline

In Cerex seeders a unique driveline is used for the seed and fertilizer metering. The power for the driveline is produced in the transport wheels with the help of a wheel drive system. The system ensures an exact and uninterrupted power transmission in all conditions. The soil types or varying conditions don’t affect the rotational speed of the seed metering. The simple system is reliable and durable.

Organic production

The seeder can be equipped with an organic kit for fertilizer which contains hopper sieves, dispenser axle, and a faster feeding rate for the fertilizer metering. With Multiva seeders different crops can be seeded to different depths from different coulters at the same time. As an example beans from the fertilizer hopper and small seeds from the seed hopper. This is possible thanks to the independent depth adjustment for the coulters.

Easy to adjust coulter pressure

The coulter pressure is adjusted directly with the tractor hydraulics and the setting of the pressure can be seen form the SeedPilot controller’s terminal or with the Comfort controller from the mechanical scale in front of the machine. The coulter pressure is easy to adjust according to the soil type changes while seeding.

Accurate and precise adjustments

In Multiva seeders the seed metering is adjusted with the length of the feeding roller. Also, the rotational speed of the feeding can be controlled. This ensures the best and most accurate rates even with small seeds. The metering system in the Multiva seeders also allows the use of very large quantities of fertilizer and seed per hectare. The calibration is easy and fast to do too.

Great seeding capacity

Multiva Cerex seeders have large hoppers and high road transport speeds can be used even with hoppers full. With Multiva seeder the work is easy and effortless and the operator can focus fully on controlling the machine. The middle wall of the hopper can be adjusted and the tarp is self-rolling.
